I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was nice, but there were some cleanliness issues with hair all over the floor of the bathroom. The service was generally good, especially with the children, but the check-in process was slow. The location was convenient, really close to the beach, but there were suggestions to improve the area nearby. The dining options were average; the food seemed reheated, and the breakfast selection was limited. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
